Played around with this for a long time now.
Its very useless in most raid scenarios, atleast at tier 11+
Used it in groups, its decent, still missing some range now and then, but mostly a nice fast big heal, you can use once or twice, before you have to start healing your self. I often use it to keep the group healer alive, and hoping he is countering the rest with g heals (or as a fast heal on tank on inc, hoping tank has aggro...)
Duo its pretty good too, can use the self hot..
But overall i think its terrible, and i often de mem it, even though im really wanna try and find good use for it, and test it.
New idea:
Runic: Will of Spirit
Mana cost: 375
Cast time: 1.1 seconds
Range: 200
Target Type: Single/Group V2
Spell type: Beneficial
Slot1: Increase Hitpoints by 1050
First Will of Spirit does a Single heal. What ever Hitpoints it healed more, than the target was short, will be cast as a Group V2 heal.
(Example 1: Total heals for 2200 , target was short 2200 hp's, Will of Spirit heals its target 2200, and heals the group 0.
Example 2: Total heals for 4400 (crit heal), target was short 2200 hp's, Will of Spirit heals its target 2200, and heals the group 2200.
Example 3: Total heals for 4400 (crit heal), target was short 0 hp's, Will of Spririt heals its target 0, and heals the group 4400.)
This will make us able to replace Chloroshock, and it will be usable as a group heal support, with out being a stable source of group healing.
