Style - immunity to Fear, Charm, Mesmerization

Considering the OP mentioned TR, and the basic concept of my post can be applied to all NPCs using Relic Mez or unresistable charms, I don't understand how I wasn't offering an alternative to changing the style. Chill the fuck out supercop.
 
TR is not the only place where mobs cast Mez or Charm through the supposed "Immune" style.

It's also no big secret that the devs WANT these mobs to have unresistable mez's and charms.

so to recap:

a) no mobs will be changed to make this style "work" better

b) no styles will be changed so players can bypass said mobs' mez's and charms

c) no text descriptions of the style will be changed so players can see Exactly what the stance does in Every situation.

This thread was over 2 days ago - if this keeps going I'm trashcanning it.

Allielyn could please explain why 3 words cant be added to current description. Or maybe to global string for styles. "There are exceptions". Thats it. I am definitely the last guy on SoD who want 2 page description explaining the styles.
 
I think crunchy's wording was best, "immune to resistible fear mezz charm..." but if changing the style descriptions is too much work/just not going to happen maybe someone could make sure it's noted in the ToK that unresistable spells>immunities.
 
yah or at least what Tyrone said. Basicly what I would really love to see that this made public knowledge which could be resolved with

/tell lvl65monk yo! any clue wtf is this crap with me being mezed with stance?
 
I agree with Drotic here, make it public knowledge that some things bypass immunitys, and even if its just for the sake of that treads like this doesn't pop every few months
