SoD 2.0 - What's going to happen

Just a final notice - It's really clear that people feel strongly on this, so rather than letting everyone wait in limbo for a couple weeks I am going to put out the most important parts of the 2.0 ruleset and let people get a feel for it themselves.

It's basically everything except for the item power reduction, and it's all pretty much done already. The class limit is set to 3 for now.
 
OK, everything except dynamic engage limit, items and resist changes will be patched in tonight. Starting a report thread for balance issues.
 
Let us remember that the real reason for these changes lie in the developers themselves. Wiz, Xeldan, et al. have burned themselves out on the current model of SoD. The changes to the server are going to occur so that new content will be created.
