Roses of Judgement: The Althuna Quest Bug Thread

Anyone who has finished, or started the quest anytime before this point, should go back to some of the NPC's involved and talk to them again (or when you finish).

The alignment shift has been upped to keep it in line with the other Aug quests, and you are due a bonus. This will resolve itself when you talk to the right person.

Ok, I made same thing like Stope did. I handed 2000gp to cobbler, damn it...
Can this be fixed anytime?
 
OK, I'm at the ambush with Tacker Vicks...

The first time I lost him on the run and everyone died a gruesome death.

The second time 3 survived, but I didn't hail any of the survivors...Vicks said we failed.

Third time, I followed Vicks and everyone was already dead when we got to the island.

Fourth through tenth time, I save two to four recruits..Hail them and get the "Oh thanks" message...hail Vicks and he says we failed.

I am logging off and back in right now to see if that helps. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?
 
is there any chance i can get my faction hits for the althuna quests, this was suggested to me because i only gained 2% total from deity from completing the aug. I dont think i got all the faction hits from this, can i please get my flags looked at please.
 
The NPC is there. If you are owed faction, and FINISHED the quest, talk to people and you'll get it.
 
You flags indicate you've already gotten the hit. Depending on where your alignment levels (i assume you meant alignment and not faction) were before the quest, getting "just" 2% is not unreasonable. If you still think there is some mistake, I'll have to talk to you in game about it.
 
So I've killed the Young Lover somewhere in the neighborhood of 30 times without the drop. Is this normal??
 
Probably not, unless I'm very lucky, had him spawn on 3rd cycle and killed and got piece. You either have unbelievably bad luck, or there is something bugged.
 
It's been awhile since I've checked the mob, but it may need the quester to get the last hit. I'll likely change this going forward.
 
Question:

Later on when other are able to go up into City of Mercy, will all players be Auto KOS to the zone? and if they are not, will other Non-Althuna PC be able to help in the Trial?

I ask because finding a group of Althuna worshippers that want to do the Trial is like trying to sell Ice to eskimos :( *I sadly missed the mass frenzy back in the day and am now stuck*
 
Yes, even KOS people will be able to help at that point, though care must be taken. And most players don't start KOS to Althuna (or Sihala for that matter), and will be able to walk around to their hearts content.

Same here. Either 17% is max at the moment, or I missed a faction option someplace, or I messed up a faction option.

Finishing the quest maxed Lawful, and raized Good, giving me 16%. I then did oggok mines finally and got another 1%.

I'm never sure about whether I answer the faction quests options in the most appropriate manner because my intuition with regard to faction doesn't always seem to jibe with the developers.
