Raid content.

I just assumed the lamplighter quest and the masons quest were incomplete, or that there was something else you had to do to trigger the next steps. I havent tried talking to them for a couple weeks but last I remember both quests are still in my journal saying to come back later.

He pretty much says hey take this and gives you nothing

You didn't get the orb?

You're pretty much the only person I've heard of getting anything, and that was grapevine and personally unverified, though the source was reliable. Neither character got anything, in case it's a class issue.

Well then, we'll have to fix this.

Like swimming in quicksand.

Cyzaine - dude your doing it all wrong. You need to be like "NO! YOU ARE ALL JUST RETARTED!!!!!" - "Everything is fine and your just dumb and lazy!" - "These aren't the droids you're looking for!".
You dont come in and say; "hold on a moment - There isent a port spot in iksith?"... "lets fix that"
Look at robopirateninja she knows what is up.

Thanks alot Cyzaine your the man! And that is no joke.

Some spoilers on Wiki whould be nice. If you dont like spoilers then remember that it is always everyones own choice to look at them.

You said my magic word, so I'm saying something.

The first line on the main page of the SoDWiki; said:
Welcome to the Official Shards of Dalaya wiki,
the most comprehensive Shards of Dalaya reference written and maintained by the players.

See where it says players? It's not the staff's responsibility to update the wiki. In fact, staff doesn't release spoilers on the wiki. Some of the staff actually plays, and we can update the staff just like any other player. Some of the staff (including those who don't actively play) work on formatting the wiki.

The wiki is a community project. Do you edit the wiki? To be honest, considering your posts, you'd probably just make more work for me if you did, but the more actual information we get the better so I wouldn't even complain. There has been so so so much about Ikisith added in such a short period of time, compared to the average growth-rate of the wiki it blows my socks off. If you want 'spoilers' you'll have to wait until the guilds actually doing content deign to give them to the community, or figure it out yourself and add it yourself.

And a special thanks to all of the editors who have been working so hard. You guys make me all smiles.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I recall a good number of edits to the wiki removing spoilers regarding raid content, is it now acceptable because I so have spoilers

Oh shit you mean I have to actually compete with other players in a game?

hey guess what, you aren't entitled to anything. shut the fuck up.

Every single person that is past you in content has had to go through exactly the same thing, they have jobs and kids and responsibilities and have to manage their time and get a bunch of conflicting personalities to work on a common goal and probably make some real world sacrifices. but somehow all of these people have been able to do it without crying about it. Goon Squad has been mentioned in this thread and I was in goons for a long time so I can tell you that we raided once maybe twice a week on a good week and geared up like 40 different people but still managed to make it to tier 10. So basically you coming here and trying to marginalize everything that everyone else has done by making it easier is just a big insult. And then the groveling for strats and spoilers and the crying about content is just pathetic. What happens to a person to make them as broken as you are? seriously.

Hey guys at first I wanted to complain because there's nothing to do in this game but now that you told me there is stuff to do can you just walk me there?

Spoilers =/= fairy tales. Fairy tales have no room in the wiki.

I guess I have not mentioned enough that I don't remove shit if it's properly formatted, and I usually try to reformat it myself when possible. This whole 'removal of raid content spoilers' thing either happened before my time or was so insignificant that I don't remember it, and I get really sick of this mentality that the wiki is out to 'getcha' if you post them. If you do post strats, expect them to be edited, because that is how wikis work. They may also be spoiler tagged.

As far as I'm concerned, go nuts, but stay in format. No first person. Use the NPC battle information format as much as possible. Notes go above that and should never be proceeded by the word 'note'. If the battle information format + notes is not enough, I'm happy to work with editors on expanding the formatting. Do not use Adept pages as an example of how to write strats, they are trbl. Do not sign them (your name will be recorded in the history.) No repeat of Master of the Pack, or all bets are off.

Of course, if an admin overrules this, or a dev asks for strats on their content to be removed, then tough luck charley.

It wasn't server admins, it was a group of self-appointed players who went around the wiki deleting articles. This was justified by posts saying they were protecting content or some shit, and had some unexplained, official sanction to do so. It why none of the vah side quests are on the wiki, among others.
