It seems to me that while the ratios seem to progress smoothely on weapons, the direct damage procs on those that have them do not, especially when we look at sepulcher weapons and on. For the most part, they seem to decrease in damage as the tier increases, but also have a lower resist mod. See following chart.

I'm not sure of the proc rate of any of these weapons, but I'd assume after sepulcher/cod level, they would be pretty close to the same, with the exception of mabye the cane of calefaction, due to its really high proc. Would it be possible to make the Proc and resist mod of weapons scale better with each passing tier, instead of the constant rising/falling action it is doing now? It's just kind of depressing getting a new weapon that is 3 or 4 tiers above your old one and having the proc do less damage.
