May 23rd - server down until tomorrow

NOT DONATING *EVER*
I need to dedicate the server's CPUs entirely to pathing work, so the server will be down until sometime late tonight or tomorrow.
 
Is Wednesday still going to be a patch day as well? I think last week you did some work Tuesday night in lieu of patching on Wednesday, but I think that was just announced as a one-time thing so I don't want to assume the same would hold true in this scenario.

I would hope to keep downtime minimal any patch slated for tomorrow would go in while the servers are down for the pathing work...

I'm sure if it were possible, they would've thought of it.
 
I hope it comes back up soon, im getting itchy to play... I need to stay up late tonight and i was planning on doing it with EQ :(
 
careful on what you ask:

Ya, NEVER ask etas.... Its better to say *ugh*.. Im dying... if you bring the server up theres a chance I may revive. :eek:

well to all the good sign is that the patch is know down loadable but you never know what up i just being patient this stuff happens. you know some time programing this stuff is nut. so no complaint hear. it will be up soon have hope in the WIZ his job is a hard one. it take a lot to keep us all happy. go WIZ :)

Hi, i just began playing a little yesterday.. today (Thur 5/25/06 11:00am est) the server is locked..
Could you post when the server is back up.?.. thx
 
nayR, your best bet is to join the IRC channel for updates. The link is on the front page, but I'm feeling super kind today:

of course you will need some kind of irc program, I use Chatzilla myself (its a resource hog, but I usually have Mozilla up anyway), but mIRC and about 6 billion other ones work also.

This looks more like a humble request for a kind soul, at the time functionality of the server returns, to make a post saying as much. Yesh, nice idea. :hug:
