I didn't farm 4.3 nearly as much as most fwf but if everyone at the kill with a weapon equips it you should always get whatever weapon people need.

eat druid regen and sit in bags

iirc its supposed to be a stamina healing proc but that just eats druid regen and doesnt work

It does a 400 DD, 125 self heal, lowers mob resists by 20 for 0-6 seconds and prevents druid stam regen from functioning. It also might heal your pet or something but I do not have a pet so I'm not sure.
