Tunic of Beastial Ferocity and Thaz armor changes in general

Beastlord
- Tunic of Beastial Ferocity now has the focus effect "Companion Health VII."
- Feral Bond redesigned. Now reduces magic damage taken by your pet by 5% and no longer requires a buff slot on the Beastlord.

Companion Health VII was added to this item but Feral Bond was never changed, it still requires a buff slot on the Beastlord and gives the same buff to the pet.

I guess my question is when a content designer goes MIA for long periods of time, if he has clearly stated his purpose or change for an item can another designer change the item for him? Seeing as he has clearly stated what he wants on this item and it was simply an oversight that it wasn't added I don't really see how this would be stepping on his toes to simply patch it in.

I added the "in general" part to my post because I'm unaware if any other classes items had a change posted in that thread that did not get added, or had things added that were bugged after they were patched in, if so post it.

If Xeldan is gone another month or so would any other designer have permission to fix it or is it locked in stone until he comes back?

Is it the same with simple bugs - IE some effect that is already on the item simply has to get fixed to work? I'm talking about Necro Thaz BP which DOES have the effect it should have but it doesn't effect the spell it should effect - sounds like a random bug that happens with new foci once in a while. Would be cool if someone could at least fix that - otherwise every Necro that can get it atm is stuck with a crappy Thaz robe that's not even worth upgrading.
