Traekoth the Ancient - Adept Hunters, lvl 57 max to engage!

Hiya all!

Here to post, to meet people who wants to kill Traekoth the Ancient, Adept lvl 60, we have to be level 57 maximum to engage the beast.


I'm alone for the moment, just trying here to look for people, and I'm pretty sure we could do it!


Need : A (raid) Leader (I don't like responsabilities...)
Need : Various Class from lvl 53 (for casters so they could land spells)
Need : level 45+ Healers
Need : 3 Main Tanks.
Need : Some strongly hasty melees

and to finish if you clicked on Traekoth the Ancient, you see that we need people from various class also to NOT let rot items .... because they are really nice ones!

Post Here, Class, level, disponibilities, and if there's someone ready to lead us for the adept, let it know here so we could tell you, here, or in game.

52 cleric, Kolvaren, also ready, hopefully i'll have him 54 or 55 sometime in the close future
 
All depends on day and time, but hopefully I can make it. A the moment I've got a 56 bard and 54 cleric. Most likely be 57 and 55 by the time it happens.

Ok, At this time, we got :

- Lvl 50 Cleric Avaline
- Lvl 52 Cleric Kolvaren
- Lvl 54 Cleric (Farcy)
- Lvl 56 Bard (Farcy)
- Lvl 57 Necro Tsukina


To confirm :

- Lvl 57 Warrior Budrick
- Lvl 57 Beastlord Oaju


We need at least 5 more people to get 2 full groups, and try ! (since we got all those clerics, and all listed players are quite well-geared)

We still need :

- Lvl 53+ (to land the spells) Wizard (1 is good, but 2 would be wonderful)
- Lvl 53+ (to land the spells) Enchanter (Tashan ;) )
- Lvl 53+ (to land the spells) Shaman (Would be good for slow, so the Beastlord could concentrate on just melee, and a little backup healer, just in case ...)
- And we also need some melee DPS, ranger, rogue ...
- Lvl 55+ Solid Tanks (x1, even though 2 would be good), for the case of the first MT (Main Tank) get feared.


Ok. Not enough people reads threads on this forum, or even gets on forum!! tell about that Adept Raid around you in Dalaya!!!

This is sad, trully sad ... :(
People are quiting one after another.
We can't possibly kill it if we're only 7 max ... (Oaju quit, got some ranger instead but ...)
Almost all people (I said ALMOST ALL, not ALL), want to quickly 'lvl up' to 65, and go raid in each of their way, and guild.

Sad, also because some I see people complaining, or drooling, over equipment, which they could get from those adepts!

Sad, because 'the staff' took the time to offer us adepts from lvl 1, to high level, so we could get some nice 'raiding' stuff since level 1 (and also train ourselves to raids), but almost all people doesn't care about that, just killing low level adepts, rarely middle, and to finish, high ranked guild, with their 'twinked' alts kills the high lvl adepts. (not pointing anywhere, just a note.)


Then, I'm really sorry for those who kindly considered my proposition, to kill Traekoth the Ancient, I just don't want to slow you down on whatever you have to do, or you want to do, just do what you want to, and for those who prefer to wait with me the time when we'll get enough 'willing' people, you're welcome.


This is to say, only people who really wants to kill Traekoth the Ancient will wait with me, others, you can go! ;)

PS : You can always go to 65, and get AA's that you won't be even able to spend them, and raid in 'high ranked' guilds ...
But you won't be able to go back to lvl 57 (max) to kill Traekoth the Ancient

It's the same for all adepts.

It's only been one day! Did you mean you wanted to kill him NOW?

Give it a week or two to collect enough of the server population in the 50 57 range: typically there are barely enough there on any given night to accomplish the task; it's almost necessary to plan it in advance so you get enough people to wait. The big advantage with Traekoth is that you don't have to /cm explock; you can just switch to AAs.

Regardless, I'll still be around whenever you want to do it. I don't anticipate flying past 57 for at least a month :(
 
Not now, just trying to get as many people as I can, I asked in-game players with '/who all 50 57', asked 66% of them if they were up to kill Traekoth the Ancient, but only 1 answered : 'Yes!'.
But i'll stay 57 !!! I want to kill this one, especially for its drops, I won't hide it. (Also for the pleasure to kill an Adept.)

I hope lvl 40+, or less, if they get experience quite fast, to come with us soon on this raid! (I asked some of those lvl 40+, many will gladly join.)
 
The loot from Traek is DEFINITELY worth the wait! You wont see loot of similiar quality until you join a HIGH end raiding guild. And even then, there are good unique loot from him that you wont see. For instance, the 10 slot 0 weight 100 weight redux bag for monks. There are other weight redux bags out there, but nothing of this quality. Or do a fomelo on Ogie and take a gander at his headband. Sit back and AA after 57 till you take down traek at least once, it is worthwhile.

I've got a 50 druid that I can't imagine will be much help, but all the same, I have no problem doing what I can
 
wishing i could help more but hason my warrior is only 44 so hes not a main line tank could not even hit the guy but could offer my cleric help she is only 41 but she can heal if all it take is one more rain drop to make the bucket full well let me know hason the warrior and vlana the cleric. :dance:
 
Nice !! yay that's the way to do it !! just get some few lvl (like 52-54 for hason, unless if you want to do some other raid with him :) ) I think it would help a lot !!! and druids is welcome too! since it can buff, heal, (and pick up people :p ) it's really helpful!

I'm not sure how doable it is for you guys, but having the 30 second fear immunity potion from the MQ could help your MT getting feared situation quite a bit.
 
Nice! We need wizards, enchanter and MELEE !!!!! (come on, melees, we got tons of cleric now, you don't want to lose face to a cleric, right? at this rate it'll be full groups of clerics ..... or almost ... :p)

lets do it the 30th at about 5pm pacific, with the line up that Tsabayne has there we only need 2 clerics and some DPS, that would not be hard to find. Tsabayne forgot to mention that most of those 55's have over 30aa's and working on fear resistance. Tebin and Laksha can tank it cake.
 
I got my bard(Ehall) up to 54 so I'll be able to take the bard instead of the cleric since we have plenty of healing it seems.
