Ok lets put this into perspective;

It has been months since I was able to port around ToT freely, Ive farmed another mark of the well and mark of the tribes to try and resolve this, but to no avail.

I dont play that much anymore, but playing as a wizard regardless of what guild I am in, its my duty to taxi people around. No matter what ring I use I am unable to move around ToT and I cannot understand why;

So whats the issue? I obey the 66% flaged rule or 12/18 flagged but to be unable to redeem and/or port around ToT is a pita.

Two questions;

How can I get reflagged for ToT as I have done all the content there, and it seems perfectly accepable under the pickup raid rules.

Afips Mark of the Well / Tribes are useless and I cannot progress with them despite farming a new one, could you please explain how I may progress to a valid ToT ring?

I'm sorry but I am stuck by a shitty GM decision, even though I have put several hours into trying to restore my ring status.
 
Going by your screenshot, you used a Mark of the Tribes on the 2nd spirit, not a Mark of the Well.
That means result was working as intended.

This is a pretty shitty subject ...... to server side ban a person that has cleared all the content in the zone is pretty petty. Read the PuG thread and follow those rules, I have utterly no way of reflagging Afip on the client side - trust me ive tried. And nope this isnt just me its happened to others.

I will ask again and hope that a GM/Admin/Dev will respond to this ..... "How may I restore my ToT ring flags" - thanks

I can read. What I read is "You begin casting Control Burning Spirit". That is in fact the spell on the Mark of the Tribes. Mark of the Well reads "You begin casting Control Greater Burning Spirit".

Also, I'd like to make you aware that after the last fix, the 2nd spirit checks how many people are there with well flag. If there aren't enough (12+?), Mark of the Well can not be used on him anyways. So even if, by some miraculous dev twist, this was a nerf of your flags, you would not be able to dwell freely in the tower of the flamelord just by yourself.

This is the crux of the situation, pretty much an open admission that you are disallowed access to some zones due to your current guild status.

It seems strange that these issues are corrected the evening that I made this post.
 
Your screenshot shows that you screwed up and used the wrong item.

Your angst over the situation is unwarranted, and now you've accused the staff of some sort of malfeasance rather than consider that everything may have been working properly, I'm going to close this thread and suggest you not re-open this issue unless and until you have a proper and polite and informative post to make.
