So, I think I'm starting to get used to Erimal. I spoke with the High Seeker Gavin. As most of you know who've completed this quest, I have to find 2 of the 5 names he provided me with, complete their missions, then come back to him to wrap it up.
Feeling around in the dark, I found Gazu and decided to do his quest first. I ran to East Badlands and fought a gnoll who gave me a disease, Rotting Plague. I go back to see Gazu, get my exp and potion. He tells me to take it to a healer and he/she will cure me of the disease. Seems easy enough. I held onto the potion and decided to go ahead and take on the 2nd quest.
I seeked out Herina and found her. She wants me to go to the outside entrance to the first city ruins, fight A Spectral Hunter and come back to her with the 4 pages she needs. Cool, another easy one I thought. Then I get to the entrance and there are two light blue Spectral Hunters, who just happen to be mages and have their pets up. Uh oh. I rolled the dice and attacked one, in the hopes that I'd get a single pull, kill, loot...wash, rinse, repeat. Hahaha, no. I pulled all 4 of them and they beat me to a pulp in a matter of moments. Sigh
So I'm bound in Qeynos, so I figured while I was awaiting the death effects to wear off I'd run and go see the Cleric healer. I ran over to the main person gave her my potion and she kicked right back to me. Whoops. Then I found the cleric auger (sp?). She happily accepted and thanked me for the potion...then never healed me of the plague! lol. Now I have no potion and a disease that looks like I'll have for the rest of my life. Any ideas what I should do or maybe what I did wrong? I'm kind of stuck there. I just logged at that point.
I also think I may need to do one of the other quests, because those Hunters opened a can of whoopass on me. Adds are my Kryptonite. I saw a high level wizard in the zone and I was going to ask if he could break the camp up for me, but I didn't want to be a PITA. So, that's when I rolled the dice and lost. Live and learn, right?
I did accidentally bump into a guy who asked me a lot of questions. Then I got 20k exp and he told me I was Chaotic Good. That sounds like me.
