The Dare Game MkII

After I initially started looking for Kelia's dear and lost antiques, i had gotten to the point where i found her toy:

He started his dare.

As soon as i found the toy i remembered how I once sold my own childhood toys in a Rivervale yard sale. At the time i thought of it as a nice deal that netted me some nice platinum to buy me a new charm.
More like you sold drugs to get a new charm. Magic Mushrooms anyone?

But to this date i still regret doing so. I have learned a hard lesson in losing my old toy's and it made me stronger ever since. No more would i make a sale without thinking it over.
You would think it over and STILL sell it, greedy Halfling!

Undoing Kelia's mistake would naturally be a GOOD thing to do, but i dont want to be good.
It would be a GREEDY thing, cause you were aiming for a reward, after all!

I want to be NEUTRAL and what could be more neutral then not bringing back her antiques. She will have to learn, as i had, that you need to think twice before selling valued possessions. I destroyed the doll and went on with my adventures.
This isn't NEUTRAL, this is LAZY to the point of being EVIL, cause allas, you found one of her belongings by chance, and instead of handing it over, you destroyed it.
It's also CHAOTIC, cause you abandon a quest you gladly accepted, and you don't even bother to inform poor Kelia about it.
This leaves us with a CHAOTIC EVIL druid - I wonder what Sihala thinks about this...

Try trolling Beittil for backing out, instead of the one who completed theirs.

Done!

dare complete

On a side note, I was deeply saddened due to the lack of fluffy sheep in Misery.

Congratulations on completing your dare! Like Iaeolan, your efforts in further mapping out the creatures and places of Dalaya has helped many an adventurer, and you are to be rewarded with 150 fame!

I fail at image hosting, so hopefully I got this right.

Lobsang

P.S. I stole cinn's win button

Congratulations on completing your dare! A monks mind and his body must be in harmony at all times, but more so, he must not fall out of any of his former training. It is important to keep yourself in top physical form.

Your heightened state of awareness has earned you 10AA!

That was a lot harder than I thought it would be. I hope items that don't have unlimited charges count, considering you expect me to lose them anyway.

Congratulations on completing your dare! See there young mage, sight items dont grow on trees, so maybe now you have a better understanding of how difficult they are to obtain and will be more careful with them from now on!

Upon equipping your new vision enhancing items, you look around and instantly remember why it was you were "losing" them in the first place. Everything around you is ugly, and you were better off when you couldnt see it. You bring your vision items to the Valley of Erimal to drop them into a rather deep hole, when you are stopped by one of the seekers, who offers to trade you for them. You dont like the look of his face, so you decline tactfully, by telling him to go kiss an armadillo, at which point he hurls a book at the back of your head. Huzzah! Its the Codex of Power Vol 2, AND a concussion!

Oh yeah! Dare complete. 15 red raid bosses that are NOT stationary outdoor mobs. 1 extra treat that I did after I got the 15th for celebration.

Coriakin's Adventure as Leeroy Jenkins!

Hope you enjoy!

Congratulations on completing your dare! Upon your final engagement with the Kobold King, you feel an intense burning sensation spreading throughout your body, spreading from your extremities and centralizing on your core. You drop your weapons and fall to the ground clutching your chest as smoke comes from your ears and nose, and an unknown force causes you to stand. "Atleast I have chicken" you say in a voice that isnt yours.

You are now one with the Spirit of Leroy Jenkins, who grants you 20 AA points that you may further your cause.

You are far beyond the talent of mortal monks. Your skills are honed to perfection, your timing impeccable, your damage unmerciful.

Unfortunately, everyone thinks you are insane, so, you'll have to go it alone.

Your dare is to make your way to Ganzese the Burning in Fire Grotto, Mielech the Reanimated in MielechC, and the Bloodfang spawns in Kedge. You may use any means necessary, and buffs are fine, but you have an innate fear of invisibility, as your great uncle once invised and never returned, so you cannot use invis, and since everyone thinks you are nuts, you must go it alone.

Status: FAIL , FAIL, and FAIL

My trial began in MielichC where I learned the impeccable timing of his casting brethren... and their unmerciful damage...Over and Over and Over again.

Seeing a road-block on my way to Mielech the Re-animated, I decided to show my prowess in Fire Grotto, where I was unable to find the fabled Ganzese the Burning. However, I was again repeatedly taught humility by his friendly imps...they are very good teachers of such things. In fact whenever I believed that I had learned my repeated lessons (repetition is the key to learning), they made sure that I remembered by patting me on the back, and I became what the frogs and imps like to refer to as the Iksar Pinata.

Now that my time is Officially up, I await my penance.

Aye now, t'ain't no good way fer showin' ye I done met me standard but 'ere be a few o' me moments on the high seas. In one o' me last dastardly acts I be stealin' the name o' those involved away from ye!

The up and coming rogue has a LOT on his plate, its true, but he/she must prioritize what their attention is focused on.

Your attention is going to be focused on a veritable hydra of events. You must:
Research and swear to a deity
Complete your Gemstone of the High Seeker
Work on your roguely skills, such as pick lock, which is your bread and butter (max it) as well as some attention to sense/disarm traps.

Do these young rogue, and fame and fortune will follow quickly behind.

HYDRA COMPLETE .. with some extra credit on the side.

Lockpick skill maxed
Sense/Disarm traps each raised to 140 from below 50
Sworn to Taryhl
Completed Gemstone of the High Seeker

.. for extra credit I also raised my Pick Pocket skill from 118 to max (hey I had to do something while waiting for trap respawns)

Anybody else automatically get the voice of the pirate captain from Venture Bros whenever they read Gerick's text?
