So the Kaezul have owned Faentharc Woods for a week or so.....

and it would appear no one cares enough to free the zone (and deal with the lag and other issues)
shouldn't they attack EF, leave or something

It probably hasn't been liberated because it's a fairly unpopular zone. Gtoo, Nem-x, Rouean and I cleared out EF because we ported there and bam, there was an invasion. Some/most players just don't care about certain zones enough to clear them out.

Aye, yesterday I zoned into Faentharc Woods to check factions on mobs and maybe get some Stormkeep quest items, and there were 7 or so mobs waiting at the zone in... didn't stand a chance.

I helped clear a bunch of the ent mobs from the Faentharc zone line real fast. They weren't too bad, 2-3 pulls of the light blue ones I could have solo'd without a healer - even a fresh faced 65 duo could take them out. Once you get to the end of the tunnel, however, you need a more solid force.

IIRC from when we cleared it the first time it was taken, the SK side was safe at the immediate zone in, though again you needed a fair force to get past that tunnel. But at least you weren't attacked the moment you zoned!

From the same raid, I'd suggest NOT taking the port-in route, though if you have enough zerg forces you might be all right.

Which translates as a crazed out druid-tank and an insane necro.

Any chance for these to not see invis so others can move past to do quests or tmaps?

The only mobs that see invis are the casters. If there is a wad of casters around a zoneline, then they will be removed.

I know the ones right outside of SK hallway see invis. Not sure about other areas like from EF.

Im game for this too, just cant get anybody out there.
It'll always be hard in fae simply because of the zone, i've always been pretty laggy there, other people have expressed that in the past to me as well, not sure if it is for everyone though.

idk I've never had lag issues there. /shrug

It may be something to do with my drivers, or clip plane or something, had the same kind of problems with poa. I was using the unofficial omega drivers at the time iirc, though right now I'm using the catalyst's again. Which just causes a whole different set of issues with game gfx in the options menu's and things.

FW was always, and is always a lagy zone for me here and in the Game. Playing around with the clipping plane helps alittle bit, but its just a lagy zone I steer clear of. A real shame since it is a rather pretty zone.

My old computers had these problems, and both of my newer computers also have this problem. Each has differetn video cards and doesn't seem to make any difference.

Thats the #1 reason FW isn't realy defended that much (lag) and why it takes so long ot get liberated. #2 reason is its rather out of the way.. granted tacticaly thats the perfect reason for the Kazel to invade it.

any good loot drop?
Depends on your definition of good. The loot that dropped was good but yet wasn't an upgrade really for anyone. It didn't rot but that's because we had a few people in the raid that weren't lv65 and or are pretty green to the raid scene. Basically, unless I just haven't seen some uber drops yet, most people at CW's tier and up will be fighting the war just to have something to do. But you know that's okay because anything that likes to use knockback then summons you right back to it deserves to f'ing die hard and be sent back to the depths of hell of which it came from. So I'll be there just to make sure the bastards get what they deserve.
