Should SoD allow Zhak to return to SoD?

Man long thread. There should be some sort of punishment tho beside just not being able to play zhak or podge for a few months. Either re lvl or maybe aa's. IDK it just seems like he gets off scot free basically i mean we all need breaks from sod and he got his...

If there needs to be something else, make it fit the wrongdoing to start with. He was an ass on the forums and irc, take away the forums and irc.

I agree with this, and besides, with Zhak and Ginam out of the picture, whos going to equip the server twinks with FR gear?

Zhak has always been a cool guy when I talked to him, I vote yes to unban Zhak/Podge.
 
I am Fairly new and do not know the person in question but how about this, Why not make him do some sort of community service in game, such as helping new players or something to that extent. I do not like the idea of taking away his items or levels because I personally am always attached to my main toon and usually love everything about him and his equipment always reminds me of the challenges I have gone through, I do not know about zhak, but I have kept items on me at all the time that reminded me of a good friend in game or an event that was particularly hard or memorable.

I do think that everyone deserves a chance to prove themselves, Besides if he wanted to come back to the server and replay he could use a proxy and recreate a toon. I see that it is a vast majority that does not mind him coming back. I think that a form of community service is needed but as far as making him replay I think that is unneeded punishment and more likely to make him bitter at the gms and players who overdid the punishment.

He is not IP banned, just wants his characters back. He can log on other characters but not his own.
 
Zhak and Podge are again roaming Dalaya, the community got what they wished for ( the majority )... Thanks to everyone who said yes and were accepting, to those of you who said no I can only hope that I have a chance to change your opinion of me.

Now about those late night xp groups in FR/HK... I could use a bunch more aa's! Flicks caught up to me. :hmph:

Again, I can't say I like you or dislike you Zhak, I don't even know you. All I can say is I believe in the rules and clearly most people do not agree.

This isn't somebody being pardoned of murder, the rules of dalaya are made by people to best fit how they feel the server should operate most of the time. Exceptions can be made, and especially when the people who made them are willing to do so.

We aren't talking about constitutional interpretation here.
