Currently shield based procs only proc off of a successful bash (which rarely happens), and only one shield in the game I know of even has a bash proc, Graval Escutcheon from Cmal3. I would like to suggest that shield procs be changed to proc off of a successful block, and more shields be given procs.
Also, the current caps for Parry, Riposte, Dodge and Taunt are 225, 225, 225 and 200 for Knights. Being a tanking class this is more than a little underwhelming. I would like to see all the caps raised to ~240. I had another thread about the taunt cap, but nothing was ever done or said about it.
Lastly, the Knight Class AA "2 Hand Bash" currently allows us to use our bash skill while wielding a 2 hand weapon. This would be great except for the fact that when you would actually have the extra AA's to spend on this ability, bash is useless. Doing maybe 30 damage on a bash if it hits is extremely disappointing, and you cannot interrupt mobs over level 59 (iirc). I would like the devs to think about revamping the AA to one of the following (or something similar)
Combat Tactics: Increases the rate at which the Knight Parries, Dodges and Blocks by 1% and increases the chance to successfully land a melee hit by 1%
Shield Specialization: Increases the rate at which the Knight Blocks by 1% and allows the Knight the use of the /shield ability as well as increasing the chance for a successful bash by 8%
Crippling Bash: Increases the chance of a successful bash and all successful bashes have a chance to stun the target for 1 second and increasing hate by 150
