pretty much. my dps has flattened out to a certain lvl where as everyone else is starting to surpass by me with special weapons or clickies or tomes ect ect. i dont see myself getting a better Mh poker or a secondary that can outperform ortananoch anytime soon but that being said i still do enough damage to be a asset to the raid and that is fine.

A ranger was high up on Eisley's Rujik parse... but yeah, that is the first time I have seen a ranger even get close to the numbers our Nec/Mag/Wiz/Rog/Mnk can pull off. I have a 950k rujik parse somewhere... Can't wait to break 1 mil on something.

Both classes are pretty one dimensional. Playing a monk can be a lot more fun, but as others have said they are more gear/charm dependent, and there are tons of monks so its harder to find raid spots.

when posting parses you should include the fight time.

this doesnt appear to be a boss fight parse either, but something with ~600k hp :3
 
rangers have received some pretty substantial help in the past few weeks, but generally i still think it's pretty safe to call them The Worst Dps Class In The Game. not by a huge margin, though.

By the looks of things, 53 seconds with him active for 49 seconds of that.

I'm sure you can figure out which 18man boss fight that is from that information alone.
 
im trying not to leak strats but yeah, look at the hp/duration/itsinspires. what could that be?

At our tier, Rangers are the only ones that now and then beat our Wizards (Nwaij).
I think i saw Draeos do it once or twice too, and sometimes my parses doenst pick up what others do, so i win with 500 dps ><

(Monk dps sucks if not for Horok)

What are you using for dps? Pretty sure a monk with animation/experiment H2H would beat out any dps in your guild other than Nwaij/Sintasia/Draeos.

Our monks were doing 600-700 dps in spires before Horok.

sorry to nitpick, but i'd say lleoc and zurkka is easily the best duo in this game, capable of soloing things that would hurt some peoples feelings. when it comes to soloing mid-tier raid mobs, you really have to expect 20+ min fights, and a cleric can't keep up that long. so i guess it's more a matter of what the definition of "toughest" things is.

not to mention shadow staff is spires tier and nearly as good as the (nerfed again) horok
 
If the shaman can see the mob to slow, sometimes shaman will be stronger, but clerics are stronger overall.

It shouldn't be surprising that Nwaij is high on the charts, since he had had full spires gear and almost full opuses for nearly two years now. I really want to see your parses though if rangers beat him somehow.
