So, I’ve been talking to Cyryllis(Serillis) in game about this topic here, and it got me thinking.
I’m thinking we could do something to make the broken shared better and actually work. (Instead of having us waste 150 AA on basically worthless skills)
Here is our basic idea:
The AA will check to see whether or not the enchanter has combat ferocity, combat agility, unearing precision, lightning reflexes, spell casting fury, spell casting mastery, and fury of magic. But instead of then using a specific skill and relaying it off the enchanter to add bonus to the group it would just be a general bonus that scales up.
The scaling up would be something like this:
Once the enchanter has obtained around 25 or so aa's in this list (the ones previously mentioned, can be a mix of them), tier one takes place. At this tier, rank one would give something like 1% chance of melee/spell crit to the group. Rank 2 would have a minor (15 or so) ATK bonus and minor stamina regen. Rank 3 would give an additional 1 mana/hp regen on top of all of the rest.
So, an enchanter with 25 AAs out of the list with Rank 3 of shared mind would give 1%melee/spell crit, +15 atk, minor stamina regen, and 1mana/hp regen.
Once an enchanter reached say, 75-100 AAs from the list, they would enter Tier 2, and it would be a slight boost up from the previous ranks. And once the enchanter finishes ALL 150ish AA’s in combat/fury/LR etc. they would move on to Tier 3 of the AA.
So an enchanter with EVERY one of the AA’s _and_ Rank 3 of shared mind would give something along the lines of +4% spell/melee crit, +50 ATK, decent stamina regen, +5 mana/hp regen.
Hopefully something around those lines can be possible, and the work to get all those aa's wont really be a complete waste as it is now. Also I'm not really sure where shared mind is broken so not sure if this is even possible. So by basing it off of simple numbers such as this, and having the AA itself just scale up in power as the cap is reached would make enchanters a much better addition to groups and raids and will bring us a step up from being one of the most undesired classes to play or group with.
