Relic Drop Rate.

Well I would personally like to see it happen. I would like to see more then just 2 max per month. I would even like to see a spike or wave in drops so I could chalk it up to actual randomness. So far though I have only seen an average. In like 3 or so months it will be going on a year of this not so random average.
