25 offense for classes such as shaman and druid are the tits. for everyone else it is not required.

When do you see the rest of the int casters doing melee? and for the most part find a druid who melee's boss mobs.
You'd be surprised actually. Krentil always melees, and meleeing on a wizard with a spires 2h is actually viable.
Krentil, Nomos, Ywom (when I don't need rujik drum), like every druid I've met that is good (4), pretty sure shim does on his mage sometimes, I think solo does sometimes, every enchanter I've raided with, lemme know if you need more examples

I do not on my mage unless I am not raining. Those rains hurt too much, unless i want the mana back.
 
wait a second if 1% crit isnt good for a cleric then why complain about the lack of benefits from offense?
Nobody said offensive crit wasn't good. Its minor. At an end game with so few gains though, people work hard for every little thing.

Sometimes you have a good point, but sometimes you just troll...

All those random parses really prove your point(whatever that is...)!
 
The Haste and Offense of Belahfri is SO good, especially on SHM and DRU because their offense caps at 225, thus making their hit rate sky rocket, no healer would ever even consider using the Kilt over them (cept like, thade, cause he thinks -50 int is terrible or something) simply because what the Kilt offers, Healing VIII and Alteration, is so abundant on other fantastic, best in slot items, there is no reason to ever, under any circumstances, use it over Belahfri or even Breeches of Antiquity.

People who dont use the benefits of Belahfri - everyone in your guild.

Cant kill mobs with new gear that you could with old gear. Long live blazewind.
 
Put +2hb mod on them!! So that when we actually do something that's hard I don't have to swap out 4 items (including the pants since no haste) to get the +10 2hb off of the Faces of the Violators.
 
Let's be honest, is there a good reason that clerics get 250 offense and druids and shamans only get 225? Changing this one skill cap would balance the NZ legs as the overcap skill points, while providing benefit, are no where near as heavily weighted as going 225 to 250 in skill.

Radaere's Doomswarm alone probably out-damages his white damage and proc damage by a significant margin; I think outside of more heal procs from weapons, 1% crit from overcap int would justify losing 25 offense. If druid and shaman offense capped at 250, I know Radaere wouldn't hesitate wearing this new kilt thing I've read about today.

I haven't played in 2 years, I know nothing.
 
The reason Clerics get 250 offense is because their main form of dps is from melee (yaulp6 and summoned hammer). druids get cataclysm and a dps pet as well as other nukes and shamans get powerful dots and the murk bear form.
