Plat Farming Zones

can we get a couple Plat farming zones that we can duo in and get good plat in, remnants tunnels was nerfed in respawn rate, I heard starfall was hit with a respawn rate, tomes aren't selling worth crap anymore aside from about 4 of them...

I don't think anyone wants to sit around for 5 hours and make only 5k depending on where they are (limited) and what named popped (random). That's 1/5 of your day gone to mindless knuckle grinding ball busting GRINDING. That's only 5k towards 1.2 MILLION....

I understand people do it, but these are people that have toons that are AMAZINGLY OP and have played the game for YEARS, can't we make it a little more tangible for others who don't have a tank or healer and who don't have mindless months to spend grinding for platinum.

Lower the mobs exp (if you can do that anymore than what it has been) and give them more platinum.
 
"Mindless months to spend" is working as intended for a supreme, isn't it?

That being said, if you were capable of farming remnants tunnels you can easily make more than 1k per hour in First Ruins or Highkeep, or in Cita if the exp is buffed to where it should be and people actually go there again.

The various plat farming nerfs over the past few years do suck but I don't think it's necessary to have zones strictly for plat farming.
 
1k per an hour isn't much tho, it's still mindless grinding like crazy, that's 1.2million hours if u were to farm it

i think your math is off here.

if you were making 1 plat an hour it would be 1.2million hours

considering quite a few people had 1.2s before ikisith, and 1-2k per hour was average back then, how did you think people did it.. how old did you think this game is... ugh where are we my brain hurts
 
Dragon necropolis is still 1.5k+ per hour easy and you don't need to be a tank or even have a good healer to box
 
okay soooo hehe let me change that, it would be about 42 days of farming plat to get 1.2mill charm at an average of 1200pp/hour

that doesnt seem so bad

edit: i mean i would love a high plat low exp zone to just farm in but 42 days really doesnt seem bad to me, personally.

Really, if tomes arn't selling, find something that is. I know it's hard these days, but i've seen a very high demand for ToLL or CotE. 15-18k a pop!
 
I got my Eternal at like 70ish days played, and had my Supreme shortly after 100. Mostly farming First Ruins.
 
FR is great money! but i got on today and went to go farm and did a /who of the zones i like to farm all the ones listed above and each one of them were full of people =p
 
is anyone taking this thread seriously because lol hey guys the best farmable item in the game is too hard to farm for lol
