Plat Farming Zones

If you have a T9+ SK or monk and a T5+ healer you can duo deep FR and average 3-5k an hour. It takes a while to get good at this though, because very small mistakes will wipe you and then its takes a lot of time to get going again though. You should be able to kill Scorcher, Master, Prince, and Ravager all in 1 hour and then start the rotation again. Some days you have bad luck and get very little, but I had a number of days in FR when I spent 6-8 hours and had over 50k at the end of the day. Master belt vendors for an instant 8k. COTE can usually get 18 or 20k from players.

There are other good camps and things. I know septima made 50k a day and literally farmed his cleric from eternal to supreme in two weeks. He solo'd both his characters in separate low tier exp zones, just sniping all the named PHs.

I also at T8-9ish would exp with my main in cita or BQ which usually net us .5-1k per hour per person, and kill treants with another character at the same time, adding an extra ~1k per hour to my income.

There are a lot of ways to make pretty good cash in this game, if you are willing to work at it. Just make sure you dont make too much money or you could end up in jail.

about 100 of those played days are after I got my charm I would guess (I wasnt keeping track).

lol funny, there is a great line between patience.. and this game being too hardcore... i have played since 2006 dec 17.. 238 days, i think that is PLENTY of patience. It's about time to give the patience up, and continue.... Grats on having "patience" i hope u have fun with that

so you played for 238 days and dont have a supreme?

TL;DR You're doing it wrong.
 
238 days played? An average of 210pp/hour would get you 1.2million. granted there are other things to buy along the way so lets add 400k to it. That's 280pp/hour average and you're complaining 1k/hour is too slow. Me thinks you didn't take cash seriously until you decided you wanted a supreme.

Edit: Also it was designed to take a really long time so all you're doing is reinforcing that the purpose is working as intended.

Why not replace ravager with manascorcher? Ravager house is annoying, out of the way, and has a higher potential of wiping if pulls wall and casters are upstairs.

Manascorcher is 8 or 9 mobs away from master clear and is less tricksy to maintain.

Manascorcher seems a lot rarer than the rest though, either because he can't be rust-coded or there's a decimal in the wrong spot for his spawn chance or something.
 
I entirely agree, Manascorcher spawns so infrequently, a lot of folks are unaware of his existence.

To clarify, he spawns in favug's building, but going upstairs to the right just as you enter, instead of going straight. He is in the far back of the upstairs.

Staff -> any clarification on manascorcher spawn rate? Having farmed here alot, I have seen him twice, as opposed to dozens upon dozens of each of the other named.
