NVIDEA Clipping Bug and Radeon Target Ring Bug Fix!

Aha! Thanks so much for the info. With all these options that can increase visibility and aesthetics, one wonders why the Live team ever decided on this as the default setup in the first place. I'll have to do some tinkering later today. Thanks again! ;)

They had emergency patches to patch the patches patch. Who knows why they did some things the way they did!
