It's over, Fusion got the zone and the kills. Do you think this is the first time a guild has ever lost a zone in a close call race with another guild?
 
Now that this venting thread is over with, can we have it locked or deleted? it serves little purpose besides to remind us of the nature of rage inside the human psyche.
 
Elindal did the right thing, it's the same call any guild leader would make who's interested in gearing up his guild and progressing at the desired speed.

1.5 hours or 24 hours doesn't make a difference. It takes 15 minutes to find replacements if you lose people, and 10 minutes tops to get everyone gathered and ported. Had it been less then half an hour, I'd say they would have been in the wrong, but seeing as how it took you guys over an hour and a half... well, I think you guys are really lucky that you even got a random.
 
Ok your really missing the point... it got nothing to do with clearing... how much time it took to get back or w/e. The point is we had 18 in the zone before they had 12. We asked them to leave and they said no. Wiz came and they lied to get a chance at the zone through a /ran. This is the way things are done?

No this thread does serve a purpose. We are making people aware of what happened so next time hopefully people might be more aware and not take what people say at face value. Just because they say they were there first does not mean its true.

Then this falls into the Fusion's word vs Bane's word and can only be solved if you have screenshots to back up you're word. If both Fusion and Bane have no proof, then what can Wiz do but call a /random?

Yea I understand now how pointless this is when people butt in that were not even involved dropping their 2 cents. We need a better way to solve this then going on peoples words. Bane or Fusion could be in the wrong who knows. Why is it that wiz could not gone to the logs like he said he was going to do? Or is there another way? Because if not then this leaves it wide open for guilds to run in with 12 just after another guild ports in and try to claim the zone and hope for a /ran.
 
It was impossible to tell from the logs who got there with 12 first, rolling was the only valid option, and I can bet you a million dollars that you wouldn't be posting this thread if you had won the roll.

This is what both sides say, and there is absolutely no backing for it it in the logs. Both guilds zoned in pretty much at the same time.
