I got that I was asking how healing stands in current pvp?

there is no way of knowing whether a heal is in support of pvp or pve, and so the heal goes in 100%.

I've got a perfect way of resolving pvp balance issues without affecting pve... if it's a bard or a necro.. bring a friend! LOL
