Monk Fists Damage Table

Searching around on the forums, I found this in an old thread. Good info, so I'm reposting it with a new name to facilitate easy searches. Trying to be helpful. hehe. :D

Monk's Fist DMG by levels, according to Wiz.

Human:

Level 1: 6/30
Level 6: 7/30
Level 15: 8/30
Level 20: 9/30
Level 25: 9/29
Level 30: 10/28
Level 35: 10/27
Level 40: 11/26
Level 45: 11/25
Level 50: 12/24
Level 53: 12/23
Level 56: 12/22
Level 59: 12/21
Level 60: 12/20
Level 63: 13/19
Level 65: 13/18

Iksar:

Level 1: 6/33
Level 6: 7/33
Level 15: 8/33
Level 20: 9/33
Level 25: 9/32
Level 30: 10/31
Level 35: 10/30
Level 40: 11/29
Level 45: 11/28
Level 50: 12/27
Level 53: 12/26
Level 54: 12/25
Level 56: 12/24
Level 59: 12/23
Level 60: 12/22
Level 63: 13/21
Level 65: 13/20
 
Two questions. One) Would strength at all affect this. Two) Iksars are slower than humans?
 
Str and Iksar

STR affects your ATK directly. can't tell you how much, but it's pretty significant. higher atk = better hits, and more hits.

So with more STR, your fists will perform better, but they will still be the same damage / Delay. make sense?

Iksars are slower than humans. Same as on live, but on live it's much less. like 1 delay or something.. means nothing, though, because on live a monk's fists are not comprable weapons anymore.
 
Yes. Which is why the thread is titled "Monk FISTS Damage Table"...
 
There are porobobly resons why human moks are faster thought i would like to ask why it is so? and thes are the statics for beastlords to?
 
I believe it was done due to Iksar's Innate AC boost. The faction penalty and xp penalty countered the regen and the worse fist ratio countered the slight AC boost.

Not very effective, imo.
 
well havent that been changed in Wr or d we stille gett an xp penalty adn a Ac boost.. seems unfair :,(
 
human vs iksar...

Iksar get higher AC, Regen, slower fists, and an xp debt.

Humans get lower ac, lower regen, faster fists, faster xp.

Seems like balance to me.

Besides, there are better options than the fists, especially now that grandmaster's wraps were nerfed.
 
Odd

Found is Very Odd -- I have a 65 Human Monk 66 AAs and a 65 Iksar Monk 66 AA's on Live And they have the same AA's --- Different Gear -- Human has More AC and Has Better Regenin Gear *with Fungi*

Iksar Has Lower AC -- Less Regen -- But 19 str points highter ---I Duel Boxed em and took off all Tribute -- And There Haste Items and Hit Auto Attack and belive it or not the Iksar PWNed the Monk =P

Yes that Table is Accurate Unfortunately heh

My only complaint about it all is if you add in racial traits.

- Humans

Rapid Learning: Humans easily adapt to new situations and are quick to pick up on new skills. Humans gain experience, alternate experience and skills at an advanced rate.


Iksar

Infravision: Iksars can see in the dark through heat sight.

Regeneration: Iksars have a natural healing ability far surpassing that of most races. They regain health at an increased pace.

Reptilian Mind: Iksars have minds and bodies that require and tend toward large amounts of sleep and long dormant periods. For this reason, Iksars are more vulnerable to Mesmerizing spells, having a decreased chance to resist them.

Cold Blood: Iksars are not emotional creatures, and are slow to both fear and anger. They gain an additional chance to resist Fearing spells.

Dull-Minded: Iksars are not quick to accept new ideas or adapt to new situations. They gain a penalty to acquiring experience and learning skills.


I don't see anything on there about increase AC? maybe we have it but its not listed and the part about Dull Minded really sucks.

Iksar exp penalty, learn skills slow, hit slower we do regen quicker
Human exp bonues, learn skills quicker, hit faster

do we get AC bonus for our scales???
 
the "Iksar XP penalty" may not even exist anymore, and it's definitely not on top of Dull Minded. The Racial Traits thing isn't exactly dogma. I'm not even quite sure what's in and what isn't, but just consider this. Wiz himself plays an iksar monk. I don't think they're screwed, and all this talk of human XP vs Iksar XP isn't exactly all that important.

Thanks Wiz was curious about the AC. As for the exp matters not to me I'm 65 now :)

Dullminded suck to get 2hb up but it got there LOL
