Mezzed Enemy's

Hey I was thinking if we could have mezzed mob's names a diffrent color so you can identify they are mezzed and not wake them when there right on top of 3 other mobs.

Wouldn't that make things a bit trivial?
If you have problems deciding which mob is mezzed and which one isn't - usually when you kill one, the one that attacks you automatically becomes your target.
If that doesn't help, move away a bit and the unmezzed one will most likely follow you or you'll recognize it by moving.

not to cheet out the roll playing aspect of the game, but this is the job of the mezzer to haller out next target to main tank they should be keeping track of who is mezzed and who is not. this is very importain as to how long some mezz work on mobs you need to kill the oldest mezzed mob first or your in a world of hurt. this is only one warriors thought on the matter what we need hear is a enchanter or bards input.hope this help you hason the warrior

as a necro i am often in situations where im forced to mez several mobs very quickly and i find communication very hard because of the resist rates and the short duration of my mez. many tankish types cant remember which mobs were mezzed first (sometimes neither can i) and if i make hotkeys for the casts and resists the group chat box is going to devolve into a shitstorm of me going "mezzing this mob! this mob is now mezzed!" etc. also with mez mitigation it is sometimes impossible to determine which mob is going to break its mez first. the only time i have ever had a truely efficient mezzing situation (all mobs were mezzed, tank broke the oldest mez first etc) was when i was communicating with my entire group on teamspeak. the situation might be different for enchanters because their mezzes have a little more breathing room on them, but i think that from a necros perspective something could be done to help communication in mezzing situations, although i disagree with the original suggestion because it is fairly easy to tell a mezzed mob from and unmezzed mob, even without a colored name

That's what it takes! Make hotkeys! You may not have to use them all the time, but there's no reason at all that you should avoid them completely for that reason. I'd rather have spam then worry that the mob I'm attacking will soon be mezzed (and consequently quickly broken by me) without any warning.

ask and yee shall reseve, allie is indeed a bard and a dmn good one at tha, she and hason are very corect, making hotkeys and rembering what mob you mezed is the job of a mezzing type class, if you cant do it or dont want to, dont complain that you get your whole group killed.

I've played enchanter as my main on live and my new character on SoD. Personally, I think it's a great idea. It sucks when you're in a full group and some moron in the group keeps breaking your mezzes regardless of your warnings. (almost as if he's a lvl 50 noob)

In regards to the roleplaying aspects. I would imagine if an enchanter mezzed a mob that the mob would have a blank look on its face or would be standing rather akward compared to the other mobs in the battle. A tag on the name would be fitting and would seem helpful.

Provided the mobs are not 6 on top of eachother(I know that was in the first post, but I am giving an example) and your spell effects are on, you can tell which mobs are mezzed by the effect around them. I have noticed this very often lately, and I think that it makes it pretty easy to tell which is mezzed.

This is true. However, I don't group with people like that twice.
