Mantash Djinnis in PoA

Was playing in PoK with a small force, mostly just killing trash, when we happened upon Mantash Djinnis on the way to Mi'Firah. Since the puller had brought two, I attempted to mez one with my 64 song Dreams of Marlow, which is a max 64 mez. Since the Djinnis were DB to me at 65, I was surprised to receive the message "your target is too high level for this spell"

I dont know if this was the case for all Mantash Djinnis of just that one, I didn't have a chance to thorougly test the others. The other djinni types (bardalash) were no problem.

I didn't know that djinnis were 62+, which surprises me. We should do this more often :)
