Think most people would come back... the writing is on the wall for this server is something isnt done soon.. Highest I seen was 90 and that was on a weekend night.
 
I only really watch the status of SoD from the forums. I don't go on the discord or in game. From the outside, it looks pretty dead. Does the # of players logged in during the euro/est raid times still hit over 100 people? I do recall even during the large slumps in the past, there was there quite of a bit of activity in game.

Yes but looks like some guilds are on summer hours so this is one night a week
 
Back in the day there were tons on this server. It was once pretty awesome. Its a shame because the content is great
 
the game is struggling because this unreadable low effort shit is still the forum header, bruh i brought this up in like 2009 and nobody's fixed it. its actually awful how did it win the forum theme contest oh because they sloppily layered wiz's moose avatar inside a castle window when there are like zero castles in the game very nice cool innovative

I keep checking to see if there will be a revamp as this server is better then all the other private servers like somebody else mentioned. I havent seen the population over 100 in a long time and even on a holiday weekend.
 
We just need to find someone who is friends with jumbers so we can bribe him to give the keys to someone else. But really, this is why you should always have at least 2 admins - as a backup in case something happens with the other one.

SolA very much is a castle. Has a moat of fire, a gate, and a tower. Maybe if you weren't carried your entire life you would visit the amazing zone known as SolA

I understand a lot goes on behind the scenes that we don’t get to see. Backend server support is as important as content development, but sometimes letting others help run the server and keep it going in an upward trajectory is a good thing. I don’t even know if Cole wants to be more involved, but I know he (and others!) have put in hundreds if not thousands of hours of volunteer time to make Dalaya a special place. Be tangentially involved, be a resource, etc. Letting someone else take the head doesn’t mean you don’t have to give up what has been built.

also sola is rsm and rsm is nappy and boring unless your name is otcho and you are parked there killing mobs for 8 years

also none of it matters because i dont care about the castles, it was a joke but the serious part was the banner that contains low effort text that could literally be fixed with 1px stroke to make it 50x better

also i carry myself

also sabota, gregar and ochah are still nappy in 2023
