I made this in mid-2020. I even applied a slight arc to the font so it would match the contour of the banner/canvas thing behind it. Somehow, it must've slipped through the cracks because it never made it onto the forum....THIS MATTERS ITS SO BAD WHAT IS THIS GRADIENT ON THE TEXT

it didnt, i was in the forum theme design contest back in like 2008 and the theme you see now is the one that won--i literally was talking about how basic the font was when i was 18 years old and i am now 33
kyeld had literally *hand drawn* a theme and imported it for his entry please excuse me for thinking this one is basic

Though I enjoy the Jumbers schadenfreude, let's be real, Slaariel and Woldaff were neglecting this game before it was cool.
This game had incredibly passionate *developers* (read: people who actually made things), players, and the absolute worst Admins of pretty much anything to ever exist ever. They refused to relinquish power out of spite. They developed grudges against who spoke against it, and ran off every motivated Dev they possibly could.
And despite it all, this game was still pretty rad. I had a blast.
A future where Erude's voice doesn't give me headaches, ideally.
Nah, a future with an uncensored Chillville and instead of this grey theme, we get a sick red one:
Ending Chillville was pretty much the beginning of the end, for about ten reasons I won't bother getting in to because it's pretty obvious.
As for the forums, I preferred the old style forums, but only largely because I was #1 in liked posts. Just pragmatic. Maybe the SoD of our dreams will be edgy enough to warrant a red theme.
