That's a pretty cool idea, something to consider at least.
@enasc, I think you misunderstood me. If i am 2boxing in kae and see someone /ooc lfg i'm very unlikely to invite them out because it would cost me 50% of the money I'm making for very little in return. AoE bard slow+cata = rekt lib, someone joining me will basically be unnoticed by me. The 2-3 people lfg remain lfg until they get bored and log or load up a box of their own and go farm.
I love full unboxed grps, 6mans are my absolute favorite thing to do in this game and exping with a full grp is much more fun than soloing or having to box a grp but it doesn't happen that often. I can list 10 tanks that I see on every day that the real owner hasn't played in months/years but can only think of a few that are actively mained. Finding on tier players to fill a grp w/o boxes just doesn't happen when there are only 20-50 people on(and a decent number of those are boxes).
Hard to say you don't care about pp when you have a 1.2mil charm, I very much doubt you just casually exped and a few months later had the cash to buy it. Obviously once you and your 5 alts have a supreme and you have 200 tomes done and there are no more opus left in the game for you to do you don't care about money/exp, by high tier i meant t10+, not t13+++beatthegamebutstillplayit types. I say high tier people value money>exp because i know a lot of people that are out/almost out of tomes to do but are still several hundred kpp from a supreme.
The part you quoted me I said high tier people don't grp with low tier people, maybe(i doubt it) but MAYBE you will grp with anyone regardless of tier but I know(as I have experienced it many times when I was in the lower tiers) that you are an exception to the rule because t5-8ish people do not often get invited to cita or bq or deep fr grps, someone would rather box their alt or a friends char or even just 5man it.
Fun, relaxing, non work exp doesn't happen in random ooc grps, it happens when someone boxes bango/jr/drol/apros(none of these people play anymore) and 5 other t12 people join and plow through the same zones they have been exping in for the last 4 tiers. Good exp, fun times, but not good for server health when newer players can basically never find a group, get bored/frustrated and quit, leading us to a very low population.
I don't think any of this is the players fault but simply how the game was designed.
