Coming back from a long break

Hello all. I am coming back to game. I quit in 2008 , i no longer know or have access to the email i set up with my accounts from then and i can't remember the username or passwords. How do I go about getting those accounts back? all my characters are still searchable on Fomelo.
 
You can email in an appeal, but be prepared to tell what the original email address was (even if you don't have access, it's one of the things you'll be asked to verify your identity.) The more information you can provide, the better!
 
ok but looking at account page there is no option to file an appeal? file it under deleted account? i think it might not be deleted. anyway could you point me in the right direction?

The only (significant) change I might make is that I do beleive the use of that email address might be outdated. Best send a CC of the email to [email protected] to ensure that somebody sees it!
 
Hello. It's me again. I have since i originally posted this thread sent 2 or 3 emails to both of the email addresses i was told to contact.

and [email protected]

and i have not heard anything back regarding my lost accounts. If it is impossible or someone just doesn't feel like doing it that is fine but I would like to at least get a confirmation either way. I sent all pertinent information with he emails and I didn't send enough it would be great so i can try to dig through some old hard drives to find answers.

Please get back to me on my account issues.

It's just one guy handling all these requests so it's possible he just got swamped or it was overlooked. Anyways the only helpful thing I can offer is the suggestion to hop into irc and try to get a hold of Tarutao directly that way.

If you've not heard back from me and it's been longer than 12 days, then I don't have an e-mail from you. Maybe there was a problem, maybe it got spam filtered, or who knows, but I'm caught up to August 10th.
 
this is the send information from the first 2 emails i had sent. the send to info looks ok. this coming from my gmail account using webmail. I will resend it again and send a second email from my work email a well.
