You actually forgot a bunch of shit, so prolly yeah. Also you messed up calculating your heal crit. It's 12%.

SStilki defensively pummeled. His 39% codex 5 vs my 56%. Anik has 1% more crit, cold resist tome, spires bracer, 9 archery mod, cold focus, more skill mods, -10% agro, eternal charm focus, evoc 5, channeling 2.... Only thing he has over me is saitha bow, which my offensive gains are far surpass.

Where is your skill mods section? Also with the tome gap I'm going to bet you left some out, like say a boatload of archetype tomes, or maybe vitality (unsure as to whether that shows up on fomelo hp, anyone?).
Oh and a bunch of magic damage, comparison of wrist procs, and assorted shit you happen to be wearing. I don't think it's super necessary in this case, because you're not only just ekeing by, but you may as well be thorough.

Top 5 list updated. Mages: Valdian replaced tinkaa. while zoroths tomes beat himm valdian focus effects match tome damage; valdian is slightly worse defensively. But, runic 2 is a huge dps upgrade (100-150 dps over a non runic) and that basically makes him better without a doubt. Both of you beat kindri; he has more mana than zoroth but either way both would out dps and survive him.
