Dear Xeldan,

I was wondering if bst could be put on charged conduit from the lower air mini boss. It's a piercing weapon and bsts do get piercing.

BTW here's stats from the charged conduit:

MAGIC ITEM LORE ITEM NO DROP
Slot: PRIMARY
DMG: 66 Atk Delay: 41
Effect: some DD (combat)
STR: +45 DEX: +30 AGI: +30 HP: +285 MANA: +175

I can't rembemer the exact classes on it but I want to say Warrior Paladin SK Ranger
 
Isn't that 2H Piercing ? :/ SHM might use 2H piercing but not BST in my mind.
"Warrior Paladin SK Ranger" sounds class-locking also.

Otherwise there are some 1Hpiercing for BSTs like Mirrors' .

EDIT: I read wrong, thought Kas said that BSTs don't get piercing love ; so nevermind.

Yes, the charged conduit is 2HP, sorry I didn't elaborate.
 
I guess I was most confused about ranger. If it were a lance, I would expect war pal sk on it. With ranger on it, it seems like more of a spear.

Please don't take this post as being an argument to remove ranger from it.

Not sure how well this would fit in with beastlord "lore" but it sure as hell would be a nice change since beastlord 2hander itemization is almost completely barren compared to other classes, althought Monks are definitely in the same boat.

2hander weapon choices:
EC: Sunburst - with DW AA's worse dps than fists with dmg mod gloves)
Outer Prison: Emerald Staff of Evisceration - aggro proc on a Beastlord that can't actively dump aggro
Sepulcher: Ritual Staff of Xavara - decent 2hb, most beastlords will be using this for a very long time (still using it occasionally)
Inner Prison: Sidrav, Maul of Slaughter - good 2hander with an insanely low drop rate, perhaps just our guilds luck but we've had only one drop compared to 5-6 (I believe) Farg 2hs
Upper Thaz: Spiked Obsidian Greatstaff - looks like a fantastic weapon and definitely worthy of a (currently) end game weapon.

Really all we need is some 2hander to fill the gap between IP>UT or an alternative to Sidrav.

I think you're just unlucky. We've gotten 0 Farg 2hs so far, and I think 3 Sidravs.
 
I can't really find a 2h spear that can be used by Beastlords, but if you know of one that I'm overlooking, I'll consider doing this.

it's new but I see no reason not to give Beastlords a bit more leeway in weapon choices, having ONLY 2hb as a choice for 2handers makes no sense when we do use one handed piercers.Classes that have slashing,blunt and piercing one handed weapons (that also have access to 2 handed weapons) also have those weapons usable in 2handed form.
