If by improved you mean fewer bugs, yes. It can be improved.

If by improved you mean trivialized, then no. Trivialization =/= improvement.

The warp bug is meh. That's not so bad. There are others much more useful to take a look at (like group bugs). (Of course usefulness doesn't always approach ease of attainment.)

No, we really can't improve them and honestly I think they're perfect as it is.
