Bard haste songs - seeking info

I would like to know if anyone can definitely say what bard songs are considered "spell haste" and which are "overhaste" (i.e. stack with spells like celerity, empower, etc.).

I know that it's been said the "tribes" line is overhaste, but there still seems to be ambiguity as to which songs are the tribes line. Obviously there are some 60+ songs with the word "tribes" in the title, but what about "McVaxius Berserker Crescendo"? This song comes 6 levels after a celerity haste and then there's another new haste at 50 and 52. Just a simple answer as to what is overhaste or spell haste would be nice so we don't waste a bard song.

There isn't a cap on haste... thus no such thing as overhaste.

In related news haste stacks from different types of sources. Song, Spell, Worn.

Well thank you for being the one to step up to the plate and answer me once and for all! However, bard songs fall under two types of haste: spell haste and "overhaste" both are obviously "sung" by bards. Your news doesn't help, nor is it noteworthy.

Type 1 haste:
Regular bard haste songs
Haste spells

Type 2 haste:
Warchant type haste

Type 3 haste:
Warcry

Type 4 haste:
Worn item haste

Type 5 haste:
Style haste

All these stack with each other but not with any other haste of the same type

I've also had some confusion with this even after knowing that "the warchant line" is the line that stacks.

Could anyone please list only the songs that stack w/ spell haste.
If they all begin with "Warchant of the ______" that is enough for me, assuming there are no exceptions in the.

This may also help clarify for all bards, as different bards have told me different songs stack, and an array of different theories.

Battlecry(10%), warsong(15%), and warchant of the tribes(20%) all stack with spell haste and are considered bard overhaste. Any other bard haste songs are spell haste.

Hope that helps clarify.

Add the Amice of the Golden Dawn and Nightblade clickies to that list, bringing it to:

Strength of the Sun (10%)
Battlecry of the Tribes (10%)
Warsong of the Tribes (15%)
Warchant of the Tribes (20%)
Nightblade's Ferocity (2% (L1) to 50% (L49))

There's another on the list, Aura of Transcendence, which is the same as Nightblade's Ferocity, but I can't tag it to an item.

EDIT: I know and can reconfirm that Strength of the Sun stacks with spell haste and does not stack with bard haste. I cannot do the same for Nightblade's Ferocity or Aura of Transcendence, but according to the spelldat, they are the same haste type.

Is Nightblades Ferocity now overhaste? (Alton's wrist)

And I think Aura of Trancendance is on the monk only wrist quested in Misery, Is it also overhaste now?

According to the parser, it is. If someone can test this to confirm, that would be great.

For Aura of transcendance : SLOT 1: Increase Attack Speed (Bard Overhaste) by 2% (L1) to 50% (L49)

According to the parser I'm using, no haste effect in Giantkin.

I see 3 different Guardian of The Forest effects ; they're all apparently type 4.
--------------------------
To hijack the thread a little bit: according to parser, Ancient: Burnout Blaze (Mage pet haste) is type 4 ; indeed it stacks with regular hastes like Glory or Celerity.
-Do they add to one another ?
-Does Burnout blaze replaces the haste given by Baubles of Battle(since it's a worn effect) ?

Wow, I know we're not supposed to use the spell parser thing to use as an argument, but seeing that apparently the misery item quests yield wrist items that give worn (bard) overhaste that's significantly higher than bards best overhaste (64) song and even the overhaste that was formerly on the 65 relic makes me :psyduck:

wow maybe that's not how it works then

Last i knew it didn't work at all.

I did a crude test.

I made a /time button, i dueled using a showel, i had the /time and miss/hits go in to the same window, and pressed the /time button everytime i did a round of attacks.

With the bracer on and no haste item, my swings came every 3-4 seconds.

With the bracer off and no haste item, my swings came every 3-4 seconds.

With the bracer off and with 40% haste item on, my swings came every 2-3 seconds.

With the bracer on and with 40% haste item on, my swings came every 2-3 seconds.

I don't think it does 50% overhaste, but if it did, it would be crazy OP heh.

If someone knows what it does though, other than the 1 regen, please enlighten me :)
