That brings up an interesting question... is it possible to change the level requirements on the general AAs? or remove the limitation at all?
No.

I am not sure I would want it changed anyways.. I was just pointing out what I observed. Such a drastic change (even if it were possible) would need to be heavily discussed. Because seeing content get more use would be nice, but it could really unbalance a whole lot of other stuff.
The problem with a de-level option, is that you will get a bunch of higher levels de-leveling just to lock down certain adepts for specific loots. The hexdoll comes to mind as one of those cherished loots.
If you want to try to balance it for such a way that higher level people could join in, you could have an NPC near the Adept sell you a NO RENT set of gear that you would have to use in order to engage the Adept above its normal engage level.
Lowering it to 6 players would just take too much time to rebalance, and would DE_STROY the whole purpose of adepts in the first place.
Its not really about fixing something broken. Its making it more accessible- Devs put hard work into these Adepts, the least we can do is fight their creations. Thus making [them] more [a]ccessible.
Sounds like a hell of allot of work for very little reward.

Gains from leveling up will always be better than 2 points in strength, but it might give more of an incentive to kill an adept for an item you want.
I'd like adept respawn time lowered.
in re: things being discussed above
I don't think finding the people is that much of an issue. If it is there's always making a post to try to get some names of like-minded people together.
