A few comments on the patch

Okay, I am going to probably be one whos gonna get everyone upset here but I have something to add to what I wrote earlier. The day of the patch life was harsh. Its been a while now and the wife and I have actually migrated our crew back to our original hunting area from DN to SG. We fight in the same area as before the patch. I can say with blessed assurance I can definitely tell a difference in mob aggro/dps/ and overall time consumption in taking a mob down. It is a LOT better than it was since last weeks massive patch. Experience is fine to me. The 50s are hell levels anyhow so I expect taking 2 days of exp grind to level my character.
NOw the fighting is still tougher than before. 2 mob pulls come very close to wiping us but single pull battles are managable with no problems. Resists seem to be leveling off a bit. I do notice a LOT of partial resists to mobs especially succeptible to fire damage when they are cold based but I think it is beggining to balance out. Resists I feel may be the only thing needing a little more balancing at this point. Perhaps looking at tank/melee type dps a little more to balance all of this out and I think gameplay will smooth out. Enchanter pet still seems to be pulling more aggro from the mob and thats with tank blazing taunt. Its close but I feel just a little more dps modification ( Or hate generation in one form or another.) will help casters do what they do best, drop mobs and take names.
Overall, I think the system is close to being acceptable to many with all the changes that have been made so far. Not as many wailing despairs in ooc hehe. It means a lot when the server admin actually asks what else we want to see as a whole. WOuldnt get it on live or any place else and thats just my 2 copper pieces.
On a side note, WR is the best server, hands down, this side of EQ2 and I have nothing but love and kudos for the devs, GMs and wizzy (who goes OOC sometimes too hehe, Mienna says hello to Master Theron, the keeper of the crown of storms thought to be in the confines of the ruins of Cryo Malath!)<---- Conspiracy theory!
