Yea.. their mirror links have been down for a while now. 
I left the main link up in hopes that it would come back up soon.

Added Jadn's UI to the list.
The EQCompanion website appears to have moved. The old website (http://home.inreach.com/kai/EQCompanion) still exists but is no longer being maintained (notably the download links don't work anymore). The new website seems to be http://www.eq-companion.com/.
The YALP website appears to have vanished completely. The binaries have been rehosted by a third party at http://groogle.sinensis.org/.
PS: Creating a link to the new EQCompanion website is awkward at best, if not impossible, because the forum will replace the string "eq" in the url with "Game" thereby breaking it. This replacement will occur even if the url is wrapped in a url tag. One workaround is to break the token up using non-visible text such as a tag. For example:
