I would like to know if every zones are working on this server. Like if there are monsters or NPCs in each places.

Let me assure you that this server, infact, has zones with workable monsters. Do not be afraid, they will only hurt you.

Zones are working, but not entirely like on live. Different npcs, items, zoneconnection, etc.

Yes, there are zones.

No, not all of them have mobs. WR is a fully customized server, and that's a :censored: load of work. New content is phased in bit by bit.

The server has been up for about 2 and a half years now, though, if I am correct, and there is more than enough content for the number of players we have, and more.
