Zones/quests with Max Level

Hey guys, I'm leveling up a beastlord. At level 17 now. I was looking around for attainable illusion items and found one in the cesspits, and saw that this zone has a max level of 29. If I had searched for this at level 30 I would've been SOL.

So here's the question, I know cesspits now, and runnyeye as well. Are there other zones or quests that are worth doing (that's subjective so feel free to disregard and just tell me them all) that have a max level? I think I read something about a ring you can get in the 50s or something that you'd regret missing. Is there a full list of that type of stuff somewhere that I'm missing?

Thanks! I forgot to mention I knew about adepts and was doing as many of them as I could with my group as we level up. I checked out the maps and found an item or two I'd really like to get before outleveling them, so thanks for that!

edit: I added runnyeye and will add anything else I find/hear about.

There is something called XP lock that allows you to kill mobs and not actually earn xp. This is helpful if you want to spend more challenging time in lower level zone or want to do adept killing. The ring you are speaking of that can't be obtained after level 52 is this:

The click effect on this ring can be farmed from a different item later in the game, but getting the ring early makes life a little easier...

Some pro tips:
-Check out the /styles command as you will use it many times a play session no matter what level/class you are playing. http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Melee_Styles
-Check out the Mansion of Portals or MoP. It is how you will get around SoD quickly. http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Mansion_of_Portals
-The main quest gives pretty darn good xp at lower levels http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Main_Quest
-Some interesting things that make SoD special: You will be working on once you level a bit, but many of the quests can be done/started at low levels because they involve killing low level NPCs.
-Some starting city quests to help you get low level gear (this list is not complete...) - http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Beastlord_quests
-Some recommended ways to get gear that will not cost you platinum and are not necessarily from your starting city quests:
Thurgadin Class Quests - http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Thurgadin_Artificer_Quests
Lake Starfall Class Quests - http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Starfall_Questsp
Thurgadin Bounty Hunting (get a Seed of Health as soon as you are of level to bounty hunt) - http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Thurgadin_Bounty_Hunting
Treasure Hunting (you will need a group to do these, but they are decent xp and have decent gear drops. Typically, you are looking at level 55+ before doing maps.) - http://wiki.shardsofdalaya.com/index.php/Treasure_Hunting

Ah, awesome! I actually randomly picked up that quest and did the first few of them while I was hangin around the bog. Thanks for all the info, that's quite a bit to digest but looks extremely helpful.

Daffie, I swear i'm not following you around correcting you, but THIS is the FINAL quest reward which seems much more impressive than the ring that you linked from the previous quest step.

Wow, that is a cool quest i never knew about either Grinkles, thanks for that. :)
Also, isn't Oggok Mines one of those level restricted zones also?

Thankfully, it isn't. I've spent a decent chunk of time there recently without issue. (I simply wish a dev would get their hands dirty and polish/finish the zone. So much potential!)
