Zone not available?

I've been trying to log in a few times throughout the night and it is telling me that lake starfall & newport are not available. Anyone know what's going on or how i can fix this?

how do i petition if i can't log in to the game?

Make a new character to petition with or ask kindly in irc if someone can move you.
