Zevfeer's Theft of Vitae overwrites Nature's Preservation

The spell Zevfeer's Theft of Vitae overwrites Nature's Preservation.

Our druid casted Nature's Preservation

And it was overwrote by the necromancer spell Zevfeer's Theft of Vitae

I realize the druid line has a small regen component, but the necro spell is very short term and I was wondering if this was intentional?

I know of a few stacking issues with Zevfeer, this druid HP buff (group version only I think) & some Mage pet buffs (Pet haste or Intervening enchatment I don't remember).
I'm pretty sure this could be fixed easily. If there isn't any hot/regen spell slot that could be used, I guess the recourse could be considered a HoT in song window ? It's not what I want , as it's pretty awesome this recourse can already stack with hots, but if it's the only way I agree to this.
But since Zevfeer also stack with Hand of Kaezul (and maybe Vexing, I don't remember) the easy fix would be both these spells on same slot, meaning Hand would overwrite Zevfeer but Zvfeer wouldn't overwrite other shit. Would be a good tradeoff to me, what you guys think ?

Hmm ok nevermind I just tested, no mage pet buff have been overwritten.
Still a fix for Druid buff would be A+ !
