WTB Crippling Longbow or ...?

What does a crippling longbow usually sell for?

Are there other equivalent or better bows which might be easy for a non-raid character to obtain? I am currently using the Thur R1 bounty bow. Fomelo: Gund
 
Telekinetic Arch may be another option, but it's from a named in Kaesora that is rarely killed/camped.
 
What does it take to bring down experiment III (the named that drops Telekentic Arch)? There isn't much information on the wiki other than it's listed as a raid target.
 
He's not a raid target, he's just a regular named mob in an exp zone. The experiment area of Kaesora is a step up in difficulty compared to the library/beyondling area. Most experiment trash does some sort of special attack (rampage/whirlwind/etc) so if you pull several at a time you can get large spikes of damage on people if you're not paying attention. I'd say a group that can do HHK/FR could do experiments as well.
 
Longshot from the War is a good bow also.

Also keep an eye out for Clockwork pugs. Almost every ranger ever has that bow by now, I'm sure they'll let you tag a long to keep one from rotting or going to a scummy War/Rogue. Same with his bracer for that matter.
