Wrist slot bracer procs..

..are currently (and always have been) broken, and more and more items are being given bracer procs. Just wondering if the feature is ever going to be implemented/fixed.
 
Sadly going to bump this. Currently Thaz class wrist slot items are lore because they are designed around having wrist procs.
