WR and Legal Concerns

A friend of mine and I are wondering about the legal issues of EQEmulator and how Sony might react to this server.

Is there any concerns that Sony may attempt to shut down this server?

Basically, Wiz et al wrote all the server side code and make no profit from WR. Client side graphics files etc are utilized but you bought the rights to use those when you bought your EQ CDs. Its all legit unless you pirated the client software running on your system.

However, Sony are free to shut down your live account at any time, if you use it to blablabla, however they don't have any way of proving it, unless you start OOCing on their servers that you're using it.

Plug some numbers into the formula and we get:
