worn cold aura helm

I just got a helm with cold aura on it that is a melee dps item. Currently worn effect cold aura doesnt do anything so I was wondering if they were planning on changing it. It seems like a bad effect for a melee dps item in the first place as most of the time a damage shield is considered a detrimental effect not a beneficial one.
 
I thought it was neat it's random item with no name, no other stats, nor where it drops, etc., that made it a worthless post. But maybe that's just me! :)
 
It really doesn't matter which item if you actually knew about the effect. Cold aura on all items don't work as a effect. It only would work as a clicky.

I thought it was neat you didn't know that by now..

But yeah he should go check out the thread Cinn posted.
 
sorry fomelo securus for the item forgot to include the items info it is the head slot, and i already read the other thread was just posting so it could be changed.
