wizard spells

so i'm browsing the boards and see stuff about a line of wizard spells that are 0 mana. I look at the spell list and see that they cost mana. I am sure I just missed soemthing because i'm fairly new. but what's the dealy-o?

They are 5 mana...so it's not 100% mana free, but it's easier than saying "5 mana nukes!"

cool, i'm workin on a wizard cause i feel like being a masochist. was just curious about them

any other info or tips on the wizardly world would kick much arse. I'm pretty much caster inept. i just point and boom. I tend to play like a gimped melee sometimes. that dagger doesnt do much damage when a blue skeleton in CH hits you for 20's :finger: <3 :lol:

If you or other wizards haven't found them yet, they're sold at the casters' guild in South Newport and Ogguk(from what I've read). As an addition the Trail of Tears ports are sold by the orc traders in Oasis.
