Whatever guy. I dont need to be told about wizard spells but maybe you do.

Since at the lvl you can get this item, you have Diamondskin, which adds no mana regen and eats a dot. But ya...a 200 point rune that uses no reagent and essentially has 0 cast time sure would be shitty right?

I am not saying its the greatest thing ever and useful always, but it isnt meant to be.

I think the argument is that since it only goes off with beneficial spells, you probably aren't going to need it at that point since if you have time to cast beneficial spells you can probably just throw up your <insert your current rune here>. On this point I can agree that the chances of it being useful are fairly slim. I would say it needs a different proc, or none at all and a minor stat boost. But that is just my opinion, and doesn't really mean anything.

I agree. If it wont work or be made to work off of detris, its pretty useless.

It's much harder than it sounds. We'd have to add a unique spell for the wrist and it would have to be detrimental, which means you wouldn't be able to click it off. Alternately, we could add a fake spell that would recouse the rune onto the wizard, and that's exactly as clunky as it sounds, plus I'm not even convinced it would work (since the recoursed effect is self-only, it may simply end up runing the mob).

Weird - I knew that my bracer proc'd from benefical spells when I first got it (server first) and it was fixed shortly after by Woldaff. Guess the fact that my bracer does not proc an actual buff changes the entire situation - didn't think about this fact.
