a similar thing happened to me when i tried to scribe the spell alter plane:earth. the system responded that my class(druid, level 63) would never be able to use this spell. suggestions offered in response to my petition did not work. i searched the file spells_us.txt for strings that might locate this spell and found none. any suggestions?
